The HealthFlex Limited Benefits Plan has two components – limited group accident and health indemnity insurance benefits for Daily Hospital Confinement, Doctor Visits, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Intensive Care, Accident Medical/Dental Expense, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Accident Disability; and a medical discount program to provide savings on Physician and Hospital Care, Prescriptions, Dental, Vision, Chiropractic, Mental Health and more.
